This chicken pot place truly exceeded my expectations! The portion size was generous, and the chicken was incredibly flavorful and tender — not dry at all. The sauce had the perfect balance of savory and spicy, and it just got more addictive with every bite. The vegetables were fresh and soaked up the rich broth beautifully. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Service was fast, and the overall value for money is excellent. Great spot for a casual meal with friends or when you’re craving something hearty and flavorful. Definitely coming back again!
Super popular and busy with local Chinese people which is why we chose to eat there. Beware, the seating is very compact, you might have 2 other tables shoulder to shoulder, but it has a very genuine and food centric feel. The staff were very kind and friendly. The service was quite fast and the food was incredible. We had the beef in chilli oil and the grilled ribs. Both absolutely delicious . A lot of others seem to go here for the chicken hotpot, but it was too huge for the two of us. Definitely would go again with more people. The whole meal (2 large dishes with fried rice and drinks) came to €55 euros, very good value for money for this area in Paris.
Super tasty food! Very fresh and authentic! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Tried the noodles, chicken with pineapple and prawn dumplings and all were so delicious!
The food was really good! We spent a long time looking for a place to eat and were so glad to find a spot here. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely come back and highly recommend visiting!
Best Szechuan food in Paris and probably one of my fav meals of the trip. Came across this restaurant by chance and so glad we went. Huge, very generous portions, relatively speedy service given that the restaurant was jam packed. So much flavour and perfect spice to the food. Will come back here again someday.
Dont overestimate your Schewzan spice level or dealing with chilli oil if you’re not well used to the cusine, you might just get your mouth uncomfortably tingly, how its supposed to be But yes, quite authentic!!!!!!
Service was my favourite. The lady was kind enough to let me sit and wait for one hour before my friend arrived. My friend is vegan and doesn’t eat meat. The options was not a lot after. What I ordered taste great except the jellly cold noodle which I don’t really like the texture. Next time would love to try the spicy chicken pot!
Probably the world’s best Sichuan restaurant outside of China! Absolutely wonderful I highly recommend the spicy fried chicken and the mapo tofu. And as always, Guo gives us the warmest and best service
